US-based Valley National Bank has partnered up with FusionIQ to implement its cloud-based digital wealth management solution.
Valley National Bank partners FusioThe bank will deploy FusionIQ’s cloud-native Digital Advice platform to provide its customers with wealth management solutions accessible via web and mobile.
FusionIQ says its data analytics function will help the bank target customers with personalised solutions to help them fulfill their financial goals, while its platform brings enough capacity to manage growing customer volumes without the need for expensive infrastructure.
The company also claims its offering integrates with the bank’s customer care team, enabling Valley to “better serve its mass affluent customer base” and respond quickly to queries.
